- A full payment fee will be applied for cancellations after the deadline
- Prepayments will be partially or fully retained by the hotel
- Credit cards will be charged if no prepayment was made
- The fee is equal to the room charge plus tax for the entire reservation
- For reservations of more than 4 rooms, please be aware that distinct policies and supplementary charges may be applicable.
- Upon check-in, guests are kindly requested to present government-issued photo identification, along with credit cards, debit cards, or cash deposits to cover any potential incidental charges.

Once we receive your booking, we double check availability with the dive operator and reserve your spot
We usually get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that your booking is final
You then have 48 hours to take care of other travel arrangements. Your credit card will only be charged after that period
