Coral Eye Resort has 21 rooms and villas, ranging from garden view villas to luxury beachfront villas, all designed for your exclusive comfort. Each accommodation features a private open air bathroom, a king size or twin bed, air conditioning, a safe, a mini bar, a flat screen HD TV, a telephone, and tea and coffee making facilities. You can also enjoy a private terrace, a sun deck, a hammock, or a plunge pool, depending on your choice of villa.

Coral Eye Resort is not only a paradise for guests, but also for researchers and students who are involved in marine science and coral conservation. The resort was originally founded as a marine research outpost, and still hosts various projects and initiatives to protect and restore the coral reefs and the marine ecosystem. FIT Reservations

Full payment by Bank Wire Transfer 45 days before arrival, or hotel will charge guest at published rate (unless credit arrangements agreed).
Deposit required to secure booking.
30% of invoice due within 7 days of booking confirmation.
Full payment due within 7 days of booking for reservations less than 45 days before arrival.

Group Reservations

Full payment by Bank Wire Transfer 60 days before arrival for groups, or hotel will charge guests at published rate (unless credit arrangements agreed).
Deposit required to secure booking: 10% within 7 days, 20% within 180 days, 50% within 120 days of arrival (plus Group Rooming List).
For group reservations less than 120 days before arrival, 50% payment within 7 days of booking.
For group reservations less than 60 days before arrival, full payment within 7 days of booking.

Deposit / Full payment can be sent by Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account in EURO

Cancellation Fee :

No-Shows and cancellations within 45 days of check-in date (60 days for groups) incur a 95% charge of the room reserved.
Cancellations between 46 and 90 days of check-in date (61 to 120 days for groups) result in deposit forfeiture.
Cancellations 91 days or more before check-in date (over 121 days for groups) allow deposit refund minus 50% cancellation fee and bank charges, or deposit use for future booking within 6 months minus administration fee.
Tour Operator is liable for full payment if individual or group do not arrive.
No credit or refund for personal emergencies or other causes of force majeur. Travel insurance policy is recommended.
