If a reservation is canceled 271 days or more prior to the departure date, a cancellation fee of 100 EUR per person per booking will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining amount returned or credited towards future bookings.

Cancellation Fee Policy for Individual Bookings:

- 270 to 91 days prior to departure: 30% of the cruise rate cancellation fee applies.
- 90 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the cruise rate.

Cancellation Fee Policy for Groups or Full Charters:

- 270 to 91 days prior to departure: 30% of the cruise rate cancellation fee applies.
- 90 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the cruise rate.

Reduction of Number of Passengers on an Individual Booking:

In the event of a reduction in the number of passengers on an individual booking, the same cancellation fees will apply.

Reduction of Number of Passengers on a Full Charter:

If there's a reduction in the number of passengers on a group charter, the booking status will be treated the same as an individual booking, and the same cancellation fees will apply.

Force Majeure and Unpredictable Acts of Man:

Calico Jack Charters retains the right to cancel a trip due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics) or unavoidable acts of man (e.g., war, riots, strikes). In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as possible. No refunds are possible for cancellations arising from force majeure or unpredictable acts of man.

Trip Cancellation by Calico Jack Charters for Other Reasons:

Calico Jack Charters reserves the right to cancel a trip for other unavoidable reasons and will promptly inform customers of such instances.

Please be aware of the following payment schedule:

- A deposit of 30% is required no later than 7 days after the date of the receipt of the invoice.
- The balance of the total invoice is due 2 months (60 days) before the departure date.
