Payment Terms :

Upon reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Fee :

Up to 30 days prior to arrival : 20% of total invoice
29 - 14 days prior to arrival : 40% of total invoice
13 - 7 days prior to arrival : 60% of total invoice
6 - 1 days prior arrival or no show : 100% of total invoice
Termination of stay : 100% of total invoice.
