Cocotinos Manado is a boutique resort that offers you a luxury diving experience in the stunning Bunaken National Marine Park. You will stay in spacious and cozy bungalows with garden views, enjoy delicious meals at the seafront restaurant, and relax at the outdoor pool. You will also have access to some of the best dive sites in the world, where you can see colorful corals, fish, turtles, and more. You will also learn about the local culture and history of the Kima Bajo fishing village, and join their conservation and community projects. Cocotinos Manado is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty and diversity of North Sulawesi, and create unforgettable memories. And if you want more diving adventures, you can also visit Lembeh Straits, the “capital” of muck diving, on the other side of North Sulawesi, just a 90-minute drive away.
Cocotinos Manado is just a short drive from Manado’s Sam Ratulangi International Airport, and it offers a tranquil retreat on a chocolate-coloured beach, with a breathtaking view of Siladen Island and Manado Tua, a majestic dormant volcano. The resort is built with natural and eco-friendly materials from the local area, such as hardwoods, stone, and bamboo, creating a harmonious blend with the surrounding village and coconut grove. Payment & Cancellation
Payment Terms :
- Unless the management has approved the credit facility of Cocotinos MANADO or LEMBEH, the full advance payment must be
made at least 7 days (regular) and 21 days (high season) prior to guest arrival. - Without payment, Cocotinos MANADO or LEMBEH has the full right to refuse to provide the services required and/or may ask
for payment from the guest upon check-in. - Payment must be free of any bank charges and bank commission.
- Payment in Indonesian Rupiah by TT or cash is subject to the bank's ‘buying” exchange rates on the day of payment.
- To secure any confirmed booking during the high season, Cocotinos MANADO or LEMBEH may ask for an advance deposit
equivalent to 1 room night, upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation Fee :

- Booking confirmation depends on room availability (first-come-first-served)
- Email [email protected] to cancel your booking (use email or fax date as cancellation date)
- Cancellation charges vary by season and time of cancellation
- Regular Season: 1 Room Night charge if cancel within 7 days, 100% charge (max 3 Nights) if cancel within 72 hours or no show
- High Season: 1 Room Night charge if cancel within 30 days, 100% charge (max 3 Nights) if cancel within 7 days or no show

Once we receive your booking, we double check availability with the dive operator and reserve your spot
We usually get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that your booking is final
You then have 48 hours to take care of other travel arrangements. Your credit card will only be charged after that period
Resort Policies
Check-in time is 2 PM
Check-out time is 12 PM
The front desk is open daily
Age 12 and below are defined as Children. Maximum 2 children sharing a room with parents using the existing bed will be charged 50% Off breakfast, No concession for any child on the diving package, 2 Children occupying a room will be charged at the single contracted rate, A maximum of 2 adults + 2 children are allowed to stay in each room, Infant under 4 years old is free of charge including a baby crib (subject to availability)
