Discover Dive Adventures Aboard the Calipso Liveaboard Liveaboard

Calipso offers an exceptional diving experience within the Galapagos National Park, with all double cabins thoughtfully situated on the main or upper deck, affording breathtaking sea vistas through expansive panoramic windows. Additionally, two single cabins on the lower deck are available without any single supplement charges.

The dive deck is fully equipped to cater to divers' needs, boasting four hot showers, camera charging stations, and a bi-level camera rinse tank capable of accommodating both larger camera rigs and smaller devices. Our standard itineraries encompass renowned sites such as Darwin and Wolf, along with other captivating exploratory dive locations.

Calipso underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2019, resulting in an environment that seamlessly combines comfort and a contemporary ambiance. The vessel comprises six upper deck cabins and two main deck cabins, each featuring panoramic windows, en-suite bathrooms, hairdryers, individually controlled air conditioning, television with an extensive selection of films, safety deposit boxes, USB charging ports, and elegant laminate flooring. The beds in these cabins are versatile, allowing for conversion from doubles to two singles. For solo travelers, we offer two single cabins on the lower deck, without any additional single supplement charges, allocated on a 'first come, first served basis.'

Spanning 33 meters in length, Calipso provides ample space for 16 guests and is supported by a dedicated crew of 11 members. Social spaces encompass an indoor salon and dining area, where a delectable array of international and Ecuadorian cuisine, featuring fresh local produce and seafood, is served. The top deck offers a range of amenities, including lounge chairs, a BBQ, a bar, and a rejuvenating hot tub.

Calipso's Galapagos dive itineraries extend over 7 nights, offering the opportunity to explore the renowned Wolf & Darwin, where encounters with whale sharks, hammerheads, and dolphins are a common occurrence. Calipso also ventures to Marchena, a site previously frequented by only a select few scientists and filmmakers, renowned for its abundance of dolphins, schools of hammerheads, and Galapagos sharks. The expansive dive deck at the rear of the vessel is equipped with rinse tanks, hot water showers, dedicated camera storage and cleaning facilities, and personal towels to enhance your diving experience.
