Cancellation policy

Cancellation Terms

A cancellation fee of 10% from the deposit is charged for all cancellations made more than 1 year before the trip.
A cancellation fee of 10% from the total trip price is charged for all cancellations made between 1 year and 6 months before the trip.
All payments received are non- refundable from 180 days prior to departure.

Deposit & payment terms

Payment Terms

A deposit of 10% of the total cost is required to secure a date if the trip is more than 1 year away.
A total of 30% deposit must be received for all bookings that are 240 days or less from the trip date.
Final payment is due 60 days before departure.
